Imperishable Night - Extra Stage

Imperishable Night is a vertical shoot-em-up and is part of the Touhou (Shrine Maiden) series of shooters on the PC. This video is a particularly impressive run against the boss of the hardest stage in the game. It speeds through the non-boss sections, so the fight doesn't actually start until 22 seconds into the video. More info on the Touhou games can be found here.
