It's Ramadan, the Muslim holy month, during which they can't eat, drink, smoke or anything like that from sunrise to sundown at which point they breakfast and have an epic meal. At the end of the month gifts are given, larger than normal charitable donations are made and life returns to normal. Some Muslim's have friends who decide to take advantage of it and torture their fat Muslim friends by eating tempting food right in front of them...
