Good day for Exxon, Child Rapists

I wish I could be like Exxon and stall paying my debts for 20 years...and then get them cut in half.

Speaking to my emotions I don't mind giving child rapists a long drop from a short rope, but I wonder if there could be ramifications of allowing the death penalty...like encouraging rapists to just kill their victims.
