Good news or bad news first?

The bad? Ok: This is a video of a girl throwing 6 live puppies into a river.

Now the good news: The puppies, 5 out of 6, were rescued by an older lady downriver and seems to be ok and the girl who did it and posted in on Youtube (she did it herself if I understood it correctly) has been found by Bosnian police and is being questioned. Apparently she has some sort of mental illness (if I understood the news correctly) and now regrets doing it. (After being caught. Take that regret as you want to.)
