The man in camouflage is part of the demonstration and testing team of the Degtyarev Factory that produces the weapon(and historically produced the DP-27, PPSh-41, DShK). He is a professional and is showing that it can be carried and fired which is impossible with the previous DShK(WW2) and NSV "Utes" designs of 12.7mm machineguns.
