Yup, Sesame Street is owned by HBO---but the agreement gives it free back to PBS.

Which is free to everyone with an antenna or basic cable...

Historically, it has usually not usually a winner to attack:

even if the real percentage of the Corporation for Public Broadcasting's budget that comes from the Feds is smaller and smaller over time...
