Einsturzende Neubauten - from Halber Mensch

EN was one of my favorite bands in the 80s They were industrial in the "art" sense: they used found objects and lots of metal for their percussion and much of their music sounded like machinery. This film opens with a basic song but around 3mins brings microscopic cinematography (including the "Halber mensch" or half man as a fetus) into it and then around 4mins shows all their "instruments".
