Its, a deadly hit a person for killing blows kind of art.

Its no different from Judo, Jistu, Jutsu, Hsing Yi, Tai Chi(combat) Aikido(combat) or karate(combat) or any of the others.

*combat denotes training for reasons other than to meet people and be fit.
