Did Someone Try To Ram Trump's Motorcade?

Out of control car appears to come out of the woods and seems to attempt to ram president Donald Trump's motorcade on his way to his tax reform rally in Springfield Missouri.

Update: But according to police, this was simply a case of failed brakes, not an attack, which makes more sense when you watch it.
