During the question and answer she is asked "How many civilians have we killed in Iraq?"

Then the lady states that Regret doesnt bring back a life.

Dana Perino is trying to cover the fact that she is disturbed by the question by drinking her coffee and touching her face.

Classic signs of distress, o shit hard question I gotta dissipate that lump in my throat and the heat coming to my face, and try not to let the little salty water things roll down my eyes.
