Corps of Engineers caught harassing citizens on Internet

Founder of Levees.org, Sandy Rosenthal, says that employees of the Army Corps of Engineers have used government computers to post messages attempting to shift blame for levee failures away from the Army Corps of Engineers and on to citizens of the New Orleans area.
