Cop Tases Complying Citizen - Douchebag Filming Rejoices

Cop tases mentally handicapped man while the suspect clearly was not a threat. Dickhole filming the incident is hoping that the poor guy (a supposed "friend") gets tased so that he can get his 15 minutes of fame on Youtube. Wish is granted.

Man, there's so many layers of wrong in this video that I'm embarrassed to be from the same general gene pool as these asswipes.
