Cluster Bomb vs Cement Mixer

A number of governments are fighting to exclude certain cluster bombs from an international ban. They claim that certain models, including the M85 are non-hazardous as they have self destruct mechanisms and are rendered inactive if they fail to detonate on impact. The M85s bomblets that were dropped on Lebanon in 2006 have been shown to have a failure rate of about 10% and the 'non-hazardous duds' are not as inert as is claimed. This film features a 'non-hazardous dud' in a cement mixer.
