Same party as referenced in http://www.videosift.com/video/OMG-were-going-to-die-Last-Call-for-Liquor-on-the-Tube - very amusing to see the crowds happily cheering the arrival of trains.

And the suits enjoying their beverages at 3:50. Note the booing as the police shot down the party, but not before much drinking and dancing takes place. Dig the guys in the giant beer suits as well.

Music mashed in by the YT creator, of course.
