This said from Bartok's owner on YT:

"Our basset hound, Bartok, who lives with a musical family, is learning to match pitch with a pitch pipe. Listen closely to this 30 second video, as he does absolutely match pitch one time (all others are preceded by a well-trained portamento down to the played pitch)."
