Bill Maher comments on Bush supporting the Wounded Warrior 100K

As many of you know, I am a fan of Bill Maher, but I have to call him out for being a dick here. While I understand his point that it's disturbingly ironic that the guy who's helping you celebrate your prosthetic limb is the guy who sent you to war where you lost that limb, it just comes off as a cheap shot for me.

Whether or not you like/agree with Bush, whether or not you agree with the Iraq war, it doesn't change the fact that it happened. It doesn't change the fact that a lot of people fought and died for us and giving those people support and helping them out is a commendable thing.

Even if you're not a wounded soldier, a 100K is no small accomplishment so I can find no fault with Bush for supporting them. If anything, I give him props.
