8 year old finds himself on the "Terror Watch List"

This is just getting more and more ridiculous!
Not only there is this 8 year old boy whom have the same name as a person on the "Terror Watch List"
A ex-general who is still a airline pilot which also permits him of carrying a weapon on board the airplane is on that list! WTF!
For the dramatic ending: Look how easy is to by-pass the list, it seems.
