I'm starting a class today called "Waves, Optics, & Modern Physics". That's awesome that I got to "review" some of this stuff. She does a great job explaining it.

is that not a personal attack? Are we getting relaxed? So I banned him, waiting an additional ban to make it final (that's how it works right?) Then he sent me that message calling me a douche. Which is fun when we're all having a good time, but that was out of spite. Fuck that guy, seriously why is he here?

@CelebrateApathy did not deserve to be instabanned for the reason you provided. There was nothing overly inflammatory nor was there any type of personal attack.

Please refrain from instabanning persons for reasons that aren't overtly harmful to the site. If someone is crossing the line with their commenting, please bring it up in Sift Talk instead.

I was amazed when she extrapolated the "standard" multiplication into the multiplication of polynomials. I had never thought of that before...color me dumbfounded (it's kind of like periwinkle)

Well...given the fact that it is on the radio, and her "voice" is earning millions for herself and others, I'd say, yea...it is worse than what we're making it out to be.

If it were just some girl singing in the shower, nah...why complain? But this voice is being modified and sold to the world. We're all getting ripped off because they're only selling us the image of a good product. It's not real.

I didn't know the term "tone-deaf" described a real thing...but it does. And you suffer from it.

Granted, it's not the best singing in the world...far from it....but it's not as horrible as it is made to seem.
