What do we want our rules to do concerning dupes of something that is blocked?

This post was prompted by the possible dupe here:

I presume they are the same, but I can't know for sure, because I CAN'T SEE IT. What do we do?

The optimal, from my point of view, is to make, or rather have lucky make, an alternate source tab or something for each video, so people who are blocked can choose feed B instead of the blocked one. I don't know how much work this would entail, but I doubt it'll happen fast.
