Kind Human Rescues Drowning Puppy

3-year-old's priceless response after mom "ate all his candy

lucky760 says...

Totally agree with all the wtf sentiments.

I'd never prank my kids like this, and I think it's bad for them in general.

However...

1. I do enjoy the clips where kids are really sweet and generous with responses like "It's totally okay. I don't mind." and "I hope you didn't get a tummy ache." These are the types of kids where they seem to be getting good parenting otherwise (and seem to lack lowlife genes).

2. For the other dipshit kids with atrocious responses, I feel like they respond with selfish toxicity and disgust because they're already probably being raised that way, so this prank is just par for the course.

Weird flex I know, but fwiw my kids don't eat their Halloween candy, and they donate their haul at the dentist to send the junk to our troops.

(My kids don't eat candy in general, but if we, their parents, did tell them we'd eaten something they wanted, they'd respond with hearts full of happiness hoping we enjoyed it. My boys are wonderful. ❤️)

Not quite the way I did it with my ferrets, I'd put them in my lap and squirt some Ferretone on his tummy giving him a tasty mess to clean up while I clipped him.

Repercussions?!? You mean a written reprimand?!? That's all that was reported any of them 'saw', so in my eyes they did get away with it, some of them with no repercussion at all, some with a 'bad boy' followed with a tummy rub.

So why didn't any of these 88 see repercussions until so much later? Were they that stupid to think they'd get away with it?

From personal experience I can assure you that even the simplest tasks can be made near impossible by adding at least one squirming and upset critter. If I hadn't learned to apply Ferrettone to my ferret's tummy, clipping his nails would have been an exercise in futility.

What the hell, was that can made from Wolverine's bones? Why did it take him so long to cut it and peel it open. Lady hands!

Blame Prohibition in the U.S. for the terminology: “Soft Drink” refers to most beverages that do not contain an inordinate amount of alcohol (hard drink)-Booze bees the culprit, although a lifetime of soda on the tummy is as hard a drink as you can get as far your stomach-lining is concerned.

We say Soft Drink in Australia. Kinda weird, not sure where that comes from

Body language in cats

Deano says...

They can be capricious with the tummy rub. One of my cats is 50-50 with it and the other one would never offer the opportunity in the first place. I hate that cat...

Don't rub the tummy when he rolls on his back? Idk, at first he responds hostile but then he realizes it feels good and keeps rolling around.

Upvote for fathers having fun with their daughters, but what are they feeding that girl?! I've got a two year old daughter as a reference and while she has a normal toddler tummy, she doesn't have a gut spilling over her waistline. Keep having fun with your kid, but feed her right as well.

Diving (snorkeling) in Mexico once, while swimming face down in some really big waves, watching the bottom of the ocean come at me and then away from me, I got instantly "seasick". I didn't expect what happened next as thousands of small and medium sized groupers absolutely surrounded me - looking for a free meal. I didn't know how to react - A little bit confused, a little panicky, grossed out and my tummy felt better all at the same time.
- but a memory i won't forget
