Interesting….he now says he’s discovered that the girl who told him “no film, no disclosure” is a popular Chinese blogger who has court cases pending for filming people against their will IN CHINA where it seems you do have the right to refuse to be filmed in public.

I may have confirmation bias from the media coverage, but to me it's tragically ironic that people still don't understand "The American Dream" is very much over for the vast majority of people going to America, as even most of those born in America are very much struggling compared to those in the G7 countries. Looking forward to it. But the live-action Ahsoka is so low-energy (so far in appearances in other shows) compared to her younger, animated SW: The Clone Wars character. More mature and less rough-around-the-edges perhaps, but far less fun.

People were heaping mad praises for Andor, I found it just OK. Way too much talk that's not intriguing IMO. Overall just slightly better than TBoBF & Obi-Wan.... Even Mando was dragging a bit in its last season. I hope Ahsoka will be more like the animated Clone Wars in feel, script & pace than those live-action shows.

That's exactly what I thought before watching the vid. Now I seriously regret it. I know I wouldn't have seen a fraction of what's there, but I do love things with a creepy meta (Newt mentioned Mouth of Madness, and I keep getting drawn back to Inscryption, for example).

The way I see it that mod looks like a better sink of time than >50% of what I play.

OH MY. I watched the video after playing what I *thought* was the game, and I missed a LOT. I tried spoiling only tiny bits of it at a time and seeing how far I could get before I needed another spoiler, but it was too complicated to do it that way. Ended up just watching the rest of the video.

This is an astoundingly complex work of art. Huge credit to whoever the hell made it, and I hope more people (and not JUST people who've played Doom before) watch and/or try it, to appreciate just how amazing it is.
