Accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt, offering a pardon is an admission of recognition of their guilt. Since the election wasn’t fraudulent or “false”, not certifying the legitimate results would be a crime. That is the crime Trump is soliciting….again. Asking an election official to “find him” thousands of votes, especially as president but even as a private citizen, is a crime….a felony if reports are correct.
