Could that be Hunter, the DC DA and the Georgia DA that all are now ‘sposta file charges…because reports are all 3 have begun that process.

She sent the same revenge porn in a non age gated newsletter to her constituents in Georgia, sending porn directly to children and posting revenge porn…two crimes in one.
That’s industrial level child sex grooming from the cuckholding manly tranny Greene. 😂

Georgia law- Revenge porn is an aggravated misdemeanor if the offender posts the photograph or video on any other electronic means. This offense carries a prison sentence of up to 12 months and a $5,000 fine. Repeat offenders face harsher penalties as second and subsequent revenge porn charges become felonies. In that case, repeat revenge porn is punishable by one to five years in jail and/or a fine of up to $100,000.

The second offense in one day, so it’s already into the “subsequent charges” phase. She sent it over 100000 times, she could get the longest sentence in history, 100000-500000 years just for Georgia! Holy shit!

Also Georgia law- (e) (1) A person commits the offense of obscene Internet contact with a child if he or she has contact with someone he or she knows to be a child or with someone he or she believes to be a child via a computer on-line service or Internet service, including but not limited to a local bulletin board service, Internet chat room, e-mail, or on-line messaging service, and the contact involves any matter containing explicit verbal descriptions or narrative accounts of sexually explicit nudity, sexual conduct, sexual excitement, or sadomasochistic abuse that is intended to arouse or satisfy the sexual desire of either the child or the person, provided that no conviction shall be had for a violation of this subsection on the unsupported testimony of a child.

(2) Any person who violates paragraph (1) of this subsection shall be guilty of a felony and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one nor more than ten years or by a fine of not more than $10,000.00; provided, however, that, if at the time of the offense the victim was 14 or 15 years of age and the defendant was no more than three years older than the victim, then the defendant shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of a high and aggravated nature.
Another 1-10 years for every minor that got her newsletter!

DC law- If the sexual image is shared with 6 or more persons through “publication,” either directly or by uploading to the Internet, then the offense is First-Degree Unlawful Publication of a Sexual Image. This is a felony offense punishable by up to 3 years in prison and/or a fine of $12,500.

Because this is a crime, not legislative activity, and transmitted both in the form of an electronic newsletter (uploaded to the internet) and statement to the press, she has no immunity….specifically listed in the speech and debate clause as exemptions to immunity.

Hunter also has civil cases in both DC and Georgia worth tens of millions each. Bye MTG. 😂

Not to mention the federal laws she broke by publishing the documents she swore under oath to not share or publish before she could see them.

Man In The Women's Locker Room Is Now The Norm

JiggaJonson says...

Yes the manner she's complaining is there to draw attention and hopefully embarrassed the person. As I said above this, she's not complaining about something happening, she's just complaining that the person exists.

On your second question, I was taking a pee when my kid was in and let me be brutally honest here. I thought she was still infantile enough to file things like this into 'I don't remember ' but she piped up very articulately "daddy, let me see your body" and I swear on my grandfather's grave it's the only time I've felt genuinely self conscious around my kid. I shut the curtain to the tub and explained to her that there are boys and girls, etc. But...and don't get me wrong, I'm not wanting to wander around just naked all the time, however, I see my wife on occasion interact with her like that and I wish I didn't have to feel like worried that my own kid is going to see me naked. If she does it's not the end of the world, but I guess when I'm not doing anything wrong - I wish I didn't have to worry about it. Yes.

I know different cultures have more nuanced views of nudity. Not all nudity is inherently sexual.

Moreover, the woman never even made it clear that they saw anything. She never says they saw it

Double checking

No, she says a lot of variations of "I see" or "he has" those verb forms fit with the other hypotheticals that she lays out to make them sound as close to something happening as possible.

Note - she doesn't say "I saw" or "(s)he showed" or "(s)he had" the way one would if an event happened in the past. She's talking in present tense.

But let's assume someone saw something in a flash of a towel to garment transition. For sayings sake. Yeah... I don't think it's too much to ask that parents sit their kids down and explain "well, you know Elton John? That guy is WAYYYY more manly than these people ever want to be. These people hate manly things so much they have decided they want to be women." Or something like that.

Honest question for everyone really angry at the lady in the video. Is the problem her manner and attitude alone? That is to ask a second question, do you think it is unreasonable for a parent to not want their young daughter seeing naked penises?

Anjanette Young Humiliated while Naked by Chicago Police

luxintenebris jokingly says...

screwed the pooch. wrong house; innocent social worker; invalid warrant; shut-off body camera at crucial point; obvious cover-up and no one bother to cover her nudity even when it was more than evident that she lived alone and wasn't the perp (or his gal).

should be a financial spanking for the city, and heads rolling - but none of that negates this woman's experience. what is 'fall off a log' easy for some is hard for ̶b̶o̶b̶ others to grasp. she didn't deserve this. she is a SOCIAL WORKER which damn near a religious calling. as good as a nun in my head.

what money she may receive is very, very unlikely to be worth the time, pain, suffering, and trama. plus, she's likely now, by default, a public figure. open to strangers comforting (welcome or otherwise) and scorn by the total mutts that ̶s̶u̶p̶p̶o̶r̶t̶ ̶d̶e̶r̶a̶n̶g̶e̶d̶ ̶D̶o̶n̶n̶i̶e̶ have difficultly w/empathy or daily deliberations.

but personally don't understand most of this. professionals that don't know their own business; sieges into homes; or thinking a victim has just won the lottery. covering up only adds to the pile.

do know that trying to explain sunshine to ̶b̶o̶b̶ a blind man isn't worth the ROI. cut the losses and ignore the ̶t̶r̶o̶l̶l̶ elephant in the room (like that Progressive commercial*, "We all see it...we ALL see it").

When it’s a white household searched with a “valid” warrant after police calmly waited at the door over 1/2 an hour, you said “ When governments fear the people, there is liberty.
When the people fear the government, there is tyranny”.

When it’s a black household violently invaded without a valid warrant, door smashed, naked victim handcuffed at gunpoint for an hour, and the police hide the evidence for over a year with even the mayor complicit in the coverup you say this...” An hour of shame for a retirement package. Not a bad trade.”

How, exactly, do you convince yourself you aren’t a total racist troll?

looks very Deus Ex-y.. which is a good thing.

Feels like they're desperately trying to be edgey though. I've no problem with violence, nudity or swearing, but they should feel organic to the world as opposed. "I'm cleaner than a c*%t in a convent"??? /facepalm

5 Weird Ways Germany Has Censored Video Games

MilkmanDan says...

Very interesting, but I have some questions about the efficacy of those rules/laws with regards to actually keeping the uncensored versions out of German hands.

Here in Thailand, since 2008 all GTA games are specifically banned (after a nutter who killed a taxi driver said he was influenced by GTA), along with any games with "excessive violence" or sexual content. In spite of that, the majority of male students in the High School where I teach have played GTA5 or other GTA games. There are no legit physical copies for sale in stores (I assume they are also removed from Steam for Thai users but I dunno), but like with all media here piracy is rampant and kids either torrent/download pirated copies of the games for themselves or buy a pirated copy of the game on DVD from vendors that can be found in markets in every city or village.

The rampant piracy also circumvents Thai censorship laws that require movies to blur out people smoking, drinking alcohol, or nudity / sexual content. Legit copies (which are rare) adhere to the rules, but most people end up with pirated copies that are more often than not sourced from uncensored versions and therefore don't follow the local rules.

Pretty weird situation. Makes me wonder if now in the internet age many German consumers might have no moral qualms with buying legit German-censored versions of things and then downloading pirated / cracked versions from the internet that circumvent the censorship.

Ghost in the Shell (2017) - Official Trailer

Westworld: What Makes Anthony Hopkins Great

entr0py says...

That made me realize how the nudity in the show is central to understanding what it is like to be a 'host'.

To the guests they're sex dolls. To the engineers and programmers, they are robots with no sexuality or shame, more like sculptures than people, so having them wear clothes while doing diagnostics is silly.

And then we saw in the last couple episodes that to the repair technicians they're more like cadavers than they are like robots, since they're always a powered down mess by the time they get to them.

So if you look at the experience of Maeve she gets to be a whore part of the day, a lab experiment part of the day, and a dead person at night.

Bring on the robot uprising, kill all humans.

Yep, and as a result each of the stories is progressing at a snail's pace. Also while the premise is interesting I feel the dialogue tries too hard to be deep and meaningful.

Also the nudity is absurdly gratuitous. I get they want to convey the dehumanised aspect of the hosts and that the park is basically a harem to satisfy the carnal pleasures of the wealthy, but they've made that point an umpteen times too many already.

Acting's solid though and production values are obviously insanely high.

Reactions to Meteorologist That Was Told To Cover Up On Air

ChaosEngine says...

First up, "directionless YT rambling".... agree so much. This show really needs an editor. "concise" is not a bad word, guys!

As for the rest of the comment, much as I don't like it personally, employers have a right to set a reasonable standard of dress, especially if your job is public facing. So yeah, if she turned up to present the weather topless or something, I think they could reasonably ask her to cover up.

Personally, I think people in general need to get the fuck over our collective hangup about nudity (and especially the idea that strangers of the same gender can see you naked, but those of a different gender can't, i.e. changing rooms etc).

But that's not the way the world works at the moment.

gorillaman said:

Isn't the implication of this comment that it would be acceptable to order her to cover up if she was wearing something that WE found inappropriate? It seems to me that a lot of the people who'll join the outrage on this one would behave exactly the same if their personal foibles were tweaked.

No, amidst the usual directionless YT rambling, Ananana said it right: I'll wear what I want and fuck you if you don't like it.

Paint Stripper

poolcleaner says...

There should be nothing wrong with nudity for any sake. Nudity is a natural freedom that is unnaturally restricted and incorrectly considered as something which requires special circumstances. What about expression as the circumstance?

I was not aroused (And even if I was, so what?) but I enjoyed their natural beauty and the clever approach to the nude. Is a painting of a nude somehow more acceptable than a filmed nude? What is the point of either art form, if not the simple and profound concept of human dignity. Not a peep show any more than a series of nude paintings. Both are artistic expressions.
