Doug Logan, the CEO, is listed in lawsuits in Michigan for breaching election security and tampering with voting machines there. He’s a non charged co conspirator in the cases against Stefanie Lambert, failed Trump supported AG candidate Matthew DePerno, and GOP state Rep. Daire Rendon for election interference for Trump. Logan is also listed in Georgia for again tampering with voting machines.

They’re going to be indictment #5, and personally they’re the one I’m rooting for because I want nothing more than to see Trump enter Maricopa County prison with all the conservative cheered horrific treatment that entails and never come out. 1) it specifically does not outlaw them, it explicitly allows them….it regulates and enforces them, so yes, in states with ID laws, it has mandatory ID to vote (but expands what ID is allowed beyond a drivers license.). Fail

2) It does not allow unattended drop boxes. where? Quote it. It requires more drop boxes than one for 3.5 million people, it does not (that I can find anywhere) allow unattended drop boxes any more than current laws which require them to be under surveillance and attended. It does not allow “vote gathering” liar, prove me wrong with quotes from the bill (you can’t)….side note, in California, the Republican Party itself set up multiple unauthorized drop boxes, unattended and without surveillance cameras even after being charged for breaking state laws, gathered those votes (discarding any that they didn’t want to submit, like any from people named Enrique and DeShawn, and possibly filling out any left unsealed…..Republicans are also the ones caught with campaigns directly harvesting ballots from nursing homes and admitting they filled out any race not filled out, voting for the Republican candidates even on Democrat’s ballots, so you know, those are Republican MOs, not Democratic, you can’t point to one actual example of Democrats doing that, maybe you can find some false OAN reports claiming that, but absolutely no evidence. It also requires states to purchase voting machines with a paper receipt and record, so no more attempts like cyber ninjas to reprogram the machines to give the results they want with no physical record to prove their fraud. 4) where does it limit a states ability to challenge and audit itself? Quotes from the bill or admit you’re lying. It limits the states ability to gerrymander, to deny polling places for targeted populations, and to create biased and blatantly racist policies designed to obstruct certain populations from voting. Why is it so hard to believe that people who were going to vote for Trump would listen to what he was preaching for weeks and months beforehand, and go vote in-person on the day; whereas people who were going to vote for Biden believed COVID-19 was actually real and more likely to use mail-in voting because it's safer and more convenient?

Apparently the shutdown of Cyber Ninjas was a long term plan by CEO Doug Logan, known because he texted his plan to Republican president of the Senate in Arizona Karen Fann, as his way to escape 1) the toxic reputation his fiasco of a company has earned 2) the court order to turn over all records (he’s now claiming he doesn’t understand what “all records related to the 2020 election audit” means) 3) the millions in fines and debts he’s racked up 4)personal bankruptcy and now 5) death threats from Trumpists irate he didn’t say Trump won.
He’s dumb enough to think he can close shop, never comply with the courts, then just reopen under a new name, quietly rehire the same people, and move to another county/state to try this scheme again….and dumb enough to text all of that plan to a government phone, making it public record.

Big surprise, Cyber Ninjas closed. They say it’s because they’re getting daily multiple death threats from Trump terrorists, but it’s also to escape massive debts and fines.
Their results showed hundreds of more votes for Biden…like the others.
According to Maricopa county, cyber ninjas made 22 misleading claims, 41 inaccurate claims and 13 claims that were just totally false. The county said cyber ninja made faulty conclusions about more than 53,000 ballots in 22 different categories.
The company is now closed, owning the county $7500000 and rising at $50000 per day in fines for refusing to turn over their work….still…since August.
Not to mention the nearly $7 million they cost the county by invalidating every voting machine they touched.

This is why, since you once asked, these fake unofficial partisan audits shouldn’t be allowed. They’re expensive, they erode trust in democracy (something Republicans have already irreparably harmed on multiple fronts) and no matter what their results they won’t change any minds….you still think Trump won Arizona despite every scintilla of evidence and your (and multiple official audits) audit screaming otherwise.

Now consider, cyber ninjas was demanding access to dmv computers, police, sheriff, county, and state computer systems and routers, even health care records...and would have infected every state owned system had they been given access. They want to repeat this in every county Trump lost....destroying the voting ability of any county that went to Biden. Just to replace the routers in one county would cost $6 million....and because there's a severe computer chip shortage, it would take up to multiple years to buy and install them, during which time they couldn't vote.

I think it's time to audit all counties that voted for Trump, because any county that would elect him has something seriously wrong, and because all the actual fraud found has been by his voters.
