The limits of how far humanity can ever travel - Kurzgesagt

Buttle says...

The conclusion, that we are somehow living in the best of times, life of the universe wise, is suspect. We can't possibly know that there isn't larger scale structure beyond the limits of our observable universe. We are content with what we can see, just as some hypothetical people in the far future probably would be.

Also, don't most people internally substitute "here be dragons" whenever they hear "dark matter/energy"?

That does suck. I'd like to believe they were overwhelmed with e-mails from concerned consumers, but one can't be sure. If you Reddit, it could be worth a post >> ^srd:

Sorry about that, I hadn't noticed. Good on you for getting in touch with them anyways.>> ^srd:
Good campaign, but the "Take action" form on their website only allows citizens of the US and Canada to take part. Another organization with "here be dragons" mindset once you leave the US borders .
I contacted them and asked them to open up their form for everyone to participate. Lets see if they care enough to go global.

To follow up: I never even heard a peep in response to my mail. Disappointing, makes me doubt the seriousness of their intent.
