Why Does Hot Food Taste Better Than Cold Food?
Ok, this is bullshit. Great job explaining why cooking is important for human evolution but they're not answering the question, which is stupid to begin with. I had a ham sandwich this morning and it tasted great. So does ice cream. Two things that aren't hot food but both cooked. Being hot and being cooked aren't the same thing. I clearly prefer cold Pizza over uncooked one.
Hawaiian pizza - the trailer
I prefer pepperoni and pineapple. Ham's all weird and chewy.
Buck(naked)ingham Palace
*Fake!
Yeah, this was completely debunked.
Good comp/CGI work, but if you hold it next to a pic of the real B-ham the differences are obvious.
Free The Nipple - An Awesome Rant For Boobs
I'm definitely not seeing any actual legitimate censorship issue and no legitimate point or argument--and certainly no censorship "rule." There is no rule or law against showing nipples on the internet. The decision to blur the photograph was made entirely by this V Magazine at their own discretion for their own reasons.
Compared to many western countries, the United States is relatively light on censorship precisely because of the codification of the first amendment. There are very few circumstances in which the federal government uses criminal law to enforce censorship, and using civil law to do likewise (such as in cases of libel) is relatively hard. Naturally, the truth on the ground is always more complex, because of all of the ways you can sneak sort-of-censorship into local and state laws such school boards determining public school curriculums, shady contracts, and discriminatory public decency laws. That last, which is really more what this guy is arguing about in a ham-fisted way.
I certainly don't believe there should be different laws for men and for women. If a bare-chested man in public is acceptable, I believe a bare-chested woman should be just as acceptable. In this case, I'd go so far as to say I believe that should be federal law, but that can likewise backfire in ways I don't agree with (eg, I believe wether to allow concealed handguns should be a local decision), so I'm not quick to make blanket statements.
Certainly the US is socially and psychologically backward in many, many ways, but it's also better in that respect now on balance than it has ever been in the past.
Brilliant Craig Ferguson Rant About Why Society Sucks
My take on the Craig Ferguson show is that it would be a lot better if he was funny. When your sidekick is funnier then you , that's trouble. And if you take out the gay insinuations, references to past drug problems, and hamming it up to the camera, there's little content left at all.
If he rants like that I would watch his show. Otherwise, to me, he is a charismatic, unfunny man who flirts with the camera for the older ladies to gush over.

Neil deGrasse Tyson on aliens going to hell
Ken Ham dies and discovers that the aliens he said were going to hell are in fact our creators and is then sent to hell himself for his lack of belief.
A man can dream can't he?
Transformers StopMotion Attack On Giant
I saw the first one when it came out, more out of curiosity than anything else. I was a big transformers fan as a kid, but I wasn't expecting much from Bay. Even my low expectations weren't met.
Tonight, by coincidence, Dark of the Moon was on TV. "Maybe I'm being too hard" I thought. I mean, they're only glorified toy commercials anyway, right? Maybe I'm guilty of just jumping on the Bay-hate band wagon...
Nope.
Aside from being a completely un-fucking-watchable mess, it was just boring. How the hell do you spend that much money (and the money clearly didn't go on writers or actors), have that many explosions and still have it be boring?
I didn't like JJ Abrams new Star Trek movies, but at lest he was in trying (in his own half-assed, ham-fisted way) to pay homage to the property. Bay clearly hates this whole concept. He hates the characters, the design, the plot lines, he's not even really interested in the central concept of robots that bloody transform. And to top it all off, you couldn't even let kids watch this. Instead of the noble, if naïve leader of the 80s, Optimus is just a dick here. And a psychopathic one too. He flat out murders his defeated enemy at the end.
FFS, if it's a terrible movie and you can't use it to sell toys to kids..what is the goddamn point of its existence?
It beats all of Michael Bay's movies too!
