Muse Play Knights at Glastonbury Festival 2010

alien_concept had a different description when this video was first posted, saying that he didn't want to spoil what song they were about to play. He changed it after I made my comment, so my comment now looks out of place. >> ^Krupo:

Erm, the video "spoils" what song they're playing by announcing it over the first 10 seconds.

I'm confused by this observation. What do you mean?
Or was that an older copy of the embed? I'll assume it's that?
Also, quality MUSE!
Finally - I recall that reflecting light - they had it at the Toronto show too. From a distance it was like they put a lighthouse on stage.

That thing you see Matt spinning around at like :55 is some kind of reflective thingy...he points it at the crowd and such...ridiculously bright live.
This performance (including harmonica) is pretty close to their Detroit show in March. Different stage stuff, but same pink pants
Knights is a good song, and it's even better live when you get to yell "No one's gonna take me alive" along with everyone else, but it's far from my personal favorite.

My personal favourite has been Citizen Erased for years

Pulp - Common People (Live at Glastonbury '95)

Farhad2000 says...

1995 saw the peak of Pulp's fame, with the release of their No.2 UK Hit single "Common People", their much loved performance at the Glastonbury Festival (standing in for the Stone Roses at the last minute) and their Mercury award winning album Different Class (the first album featuring Pulp fan-club president Mark Webber, who became a permanent member of the band on guitar and keyboards). This album, with its disco-infused pop-rock, and the trademark sordid yet witty lyrics about sexual encounters and working class life, is for most fans what Pulp are about.
