I'm disappointed that Kimmel takes offense to the "when is he not intoxicated" story. I remember when he used to make fun of celebrities on The Man Show. Somehow, when Kimmel does it, he calls it satire. When some airheaded blogger does it to him, it's libel.

I hate to defend the girl, but she's correct about one thing: what she does isn't all that different from what the National Enquirer or the Star does. One of the old guys says something about how they have lawyers and fact-checkers. I'm sure they do. They check, then ignore the results and print whatever they want anyway. But I have to agree with the other old guy; it's all crap. The Star, the Enquirer, her site... it's all fast-food journalism. Alot of flavor but no beneficial substance.
