The economy is doing great. Inflation is low, wages are rising fast, unemployment is nothing, the market is booming, predictions for recession have evaporated and now they’re for a boom. In Western Countries, it's the Pop manufacturers like Coke and Pepsi that keep beer out of our fast food restaurants.

Did you know Pizza Hut, KFC and Tacco Bell are all owned by Pepsi, and whose sole purpose is to be vehicles to sell their beverages?

Likewise Coca cola has contracts with most of their users, such as McDonalds to keep out any competitors, and only sell their their products exclusively.

They lobby against selling beer in "Family-oriented" establishments so they can monopolize the drink industry.

My advice to would-be robbers of fast food restaurants: use a replica gun. The cashiers don't give a fuck, and you'll get in less trouble when you're caught.

Also, if you think you might get in a gunfight. You want to load your gun before you get there.

I dunno that he's stupid for jamming his gun. That happens. It would have taken him a second or two to unjam it, so if he were pointing it at me, I wouldn't be trying to think of using that advantage against him unless I was pretty damn sure he intended to shoot me or someone else.

On second watching: The robber is doing a lot of things wrong when he cocks his gun, so he doesn't have much experience with them (I have next to no experience, and I can even see what he's doing wrong--holding it wrong to cock it, not releasing the slide to let it return on its own spring force, which is probably the reason for the jam). Of course, all that probably makes him more dangerous rather than less.

I'm not sure if I am saying it clearly, so let me attempt to break it down. When I say that a country benefits, I mean the businesses of that country benefit. The economy overall does not.

I don't really care about right wing vs left wing, other than that the left currently doesn't really seem to care about illegal immigration. I don't know why, perhaps they see a large number of possible voters if they can simply legalize everyone. But that is speculation on my part.

As far as Mcdonalds, or other fast food locations, I don't really have an issue if they need to charge a few cents more so that they can pay a living wage. I do care if they hire illegals to keep their prices low.

While it isn't the illegal immigrants fault, they are breaking the law and should be returned to their home countries until such time as either the immigration laws change, or until they apply properly according to the law. Businesses should be held accountable as well. It isn't an either/or equation, you shouldn't get to ignore the law so you can benefit, no matter who you are.
