As Speaker of the House, Pelosi does not direct the National Guard, neither did McConnel. Pelosi was not a chair or administrator of any committee supervising the Capitol Police at the time of the insurrection. Further, as the Capitol came under attack, she and the Senate Majority leader called for military assistance, including the National Guard. Trump overrode the request and no help came.

Interesting video, especially considering that I had my first Korean street food just a few days ago. Like every other Korean dish I've tried, the Korean corn dogs were delicious.

Upvote for the shock that the movie cast Odenkirk as the lead. It's an otherwise dumb, violent pop-corn movie, but color me interested because such a movie doesn't really call for a nuanced actor for such a role normally.

Beautiful video. Having a few younger sisters growing up I often braided and corn-rolled their hair to help out my mother. As I got older it was also a nice way to spend a few hours chatting up some of the girls in the neighborhood who knew I could braid and do hair.
