I'm sorry but it's just not the same. With Stop-Motion you can see the attention to detail, where the animators have touched the objects between frames. You can't get that kind of reality from computer generated images.

My gal and I met at an anti-valentines party, so there isn't much pressure. We went to see Coraline and hit the food court at the super 88. Mmmm...korean BBQ.

what are you people talking about? i love me some neil gaimen with a fiery passion. ive never read coraline, but now i get the feeling i need to read it to my kids. and the animation looks super good.and the old claymation rudolph movies=fantastic. quit being crazy. and also nerdy... well.. i suppose you can continue to be nerdy, but the crazy should stop.

It sure would have been awesome if this had been picked up, but Henry Selick's influence will always be with us. I don't think I need to mention his works to date, but I will say one word: Coraline.
