…or maybe Comey Barrett who was nominated to the Supreme Court without presiding over a court case and is paid more than this judge requested, then proceeded to destroy the court which is now considered illegitimate and an activist court that ignores precedent and the law.

Trump’s illicit attempt to change the address of 6 of his NY businesses to Florida failed. He tried changing their addresses on a judgement filing he made because he thought if he could get Engoron to accidentally use the wrong addresses before entering the judgement he could appeal claiming NY had no jurisdiction to take his assets now, and maybe in the pocket judge Cannon could save his empire. He was caught.

This is HIGHLY illegal and violates numerous laws and direct court orders. He just can’t stop being a criminal. Expect a new charge, and expect to hear about this new weaseley fraud attempt.

The filing was rejected judgement has now been entered, using the correct legal NY address for all of his businesses.

Trump’s actual stated defense before Judge Cannon in the stolen documents case is that now all those stolen top level highly classified “DO NOT REMOVE FROM SCIF OR TAKE NOTES” state secrets he secretly stole from a SCIF without declassifying any of it and took home to store in his open to the public hallways and ballrooms are old, so aren’t really secrets anymore, so he can’t be charged with stealing state secrets.

Of course, that’s complete and utter nonsense because 1) they were fresh actionable intelligence documents when he stole them and 2) they were and still are still classified top secrets it’s illegal to remove from a SCIF, yes even for the president, and 3) this defense 100% lets Biden off the hook, his documents were older and less sensitive. 😂 Thanks Don.

Trump has a new defense….he didn’t declassify the documents he stole but that’s fine, because he still has full top secret clearance and once Mar a Lago was a temporary SCIF (with now removed security measures and personnel), so leaving the top secret classified state secrets in ballrooms and hallways open to the public, photographed by the public, is a nothingburger. The problem, 1) he does NOT still have presidential level clearance, he lost it on Jan 20 and 2) the temporary SCIF designation was dissolved well before 2020. Might work with Cannon, his lackey, but will fall flat on appeal.
His only lawyer is happy to say she’s glad she’s pretty instead of smart because she’s so dumb she thinks she can fake being smart, but she can’t. He is livid at this lack of competence, decorum, knowledge, and intelligence coming from the entire defense side, not smart to make the judge an enemy….and it doesn’t create an automatic appeal just because you made the judge dislike you. In my and many expert’s opinions the deadly indiscriminate pressure is exactly what pushes desperate and grieving innocent civilian Palestinians into Hamas’s arms. You would create two terrorists for every one caught with the inhumane treatment of the civilian population…and commit a serious war crime in the process.

Israel should abandon all expansionist settlements from the last 30 years and free the Palestinian citizens from the oppressive genocidal apartheid they’ve forced on the population for decades. That would end the conflict tomorrow, instead Israel has telegraphed its intent to take over Gaza militarily and occupy it again…and America stands by their side, but not all Americans.

If America had spent 10% of what we spend supplying Israel with weapons they use on civilians instead on building infrastructure, schools, hospitals, roads in Gaza, the Palestinians would not rightly see us as racist enemies, and might have the resources and inclination to oust Hamas. But we don’t.

Palestine gets no aid. You can’t withhold something that never existed. The reason Hamas gets any support is they do supply Gaza with food and medicine while Israel and America just embargo entire populations because a terrorist group lives in the country. Think if the world did the same, bombing cities flat and starving America because the Boogaloo Boys live in America.

Hamas is not Palestine, they’re the warlord gang that took over from the intentionally weakened Palestinian parliament and the only group supporting Palestinian civilians (while also using them as shields and cannon fodder).
