and then search "Tesla Roadster" on VideoSift for actual test drive reviews.
- Acceleration time: 0–60 mph (0–97 km/h) in 3.9 seconds. Some prototypes and initial production 2008 Roadsters were limited to 5.7 second 0–60 mph acceleration.[7]
- Top speed: electronically limited at 125 mph (201 km/h)
- Range: 221 miles (356 km) on the EPA combined cycle
The car WORKS NOW and is AVAILABLE NOW,
not in some distant corporate controlled hydrogen fantasyland future,
the only drawback is the price tag, they've aimed the initial runs at the high end market to generate buzz.
Now that gas is +$4/gal they need to do another round of marketing blitz and lower the cost to average suburbanite and working class folks.
The Tesla Roadster: 135mph, 0-60 in 4secs., All Electric
with +$4/gal gas the company needs to do another round of marketing blitz.
the car is availble NOW and it works NOW, not 20 yrs away in some hydrogen mythology future,
it's made by indies, not Detroit/Japan Mega Corporations,
all they need to do is scale down the price to average suburbanite $ range.

Church and Winehouse-Beat It
... maybe worth mentioning that substance abuse is a disease... ( http://www.medicinenet.com/alcohol_abuse_and_alcoholism/article.htm )
I watched an interview with the awesome James Taylor last night in which he talked about how he lost 20 years to substance abuse. It can seem easy from our vantage point to NOT do something like get blitz before performing an MJ song on TV, but as an alcoholic her body and mind truly see it as a necessity... the getting blitz part, that-is.
Aretha Franklin - Respect (live)
Wow, it seems fast compared to the usual studio version. Guess she's blitzing it cos she's performing live.
Computer Games Collective (Sift Talk Post)
Doom Guy (animated though, don’t know if it will work)
Pac-Man
just sayin'...
Busta Rhymes - Put Your hands Where My Eyes Can See
Put Your Hands Where My Eyes Could See is the first single by Busta Rhymes from his second album When Disaster Strikes. It is one of the album's party songs but also carries Busta's clever rhymes and speedy delivery. The song also shout-outs The Notorious B.I.G. ("Then I blitz and reminisce on my nigga Notorious"). This song is one of the many that would showcase the speedy delivery of the eccentric rapper.
The video, directed by Hype Williams, features Busta waking up, getting dressed and brushing his teeth (along with his maids). At the chorus is a well choreographed dance routine which is followed by Busta running with an elephant in glowing tribal African make-up and outfit. It is all a re-creation of the opening of the 1988 Eddie Murphy film Coming to America

C.O.P.S., one of the best cartoons in the 80's
Bulletproof, Highway, Barricade, Hardtop, Blitz, Mace, Longarm O'Malley, Mainframe, were the cops. At least the ones that I remember, I can't believe I almost forgot about this show too.
Get a Laptop - Hilarious Future Shop Canada commercial
Same here, Krupo. The best thing about not having Cable is not having to put up with the Christmas blitz that starts in what, like, early October now?
