Joe Rogan Clarifies His Vaccine Comments
"I don't think that, if you're a young, healthy person, you need it"???
Right - exactly my policy on driving while stoned: I've got a good car with a roll cage, airbags, etc. I don't need to be sober when driving.
2020 Jeep Wrangler Rolls Over In Small Overlap Crash Tests
The title of the video on Youtube is the title I used.
The comment about airbags was a portion of the description of the video. There are no side airbags for the rear seat passengers.
Also per the description - 2019-2020 Jeep Wrangler 4-door rolls over during IIHS crash test
I did watch the video.
It should be pointed out that this is clearly "Says so on the hood and doors" a test of the 2019 Jeep, not 2020. Also you say there are no side airbags, but side airbags are clearly seen in the entire video.
Either you accidentally posted the wrong video, or you didn't watch it before posting it.

Runaway Semi Truck Uses Runaway Truck Ramp
Ah, yes. I do recall there was a big "gravel airbag" at the end of those usually. This guy's truck didn't seem to reach that though, just looked like it was rolling backward. Curious.
Police Spike Strip Causes Accident
Also plenty of vehicles don’t have side airbags.
I also don’t really think the title is fair. The police didn’t cause the accident, the asshole in the car did.
That said, @newtboy is right, it was very poorly managed.
Some sensors take into account how fast the vehicle is moving. This vehicle wasn't moving. Also it was hit from the side so the front sensor was ok. Even though the vehicle was hit on the side the impact probably didn't exceed the limit for deployment. That's my limited educated guess.
Police Spike Strip Causes Accident
How come the driver's airbag---and for that matter, any of the airbags, didn't seem to go off? (I'm basing my comment on the appearance of the wheel in the aftermath; center cover doesn't seem blown off)
At least his rear broke his fall
I guess they might think about catch nets now. If the airbag was a little less inflated he probably wouldn't have bounced so much.

Luxury Bentley Smashes into Pensioner's Car
I suppose that only works on the kinds of people who believe in using their blinker and following rules in the first place...
"The driver of the Bentley, Richard Plum, 46, fled on foot but was traced by the blood left on the airbag of his car."
Typical.
Traffic calming.
How Not to Land an Orbital Rocket Booster
Like some sort of funnel/fence with deploy-able airbags to keep it propped up? Or:
Even the rocket that ran out of fuel exploded! This is def rocket science. Although you would think they would create a more specialized platform like one that could erect a silo around the rocket. Those short legs look like the biggest fail point and even after landing it looks like the rocking motion of the water will tip it over.
Crash Test: 1998 vs 2015 Toyota Corolla
The Australian made 1998 Corolla (7th gen, model E100) was more equivalent to the 1995 model in other markets. (edit) The E100.I only had optional airbag in Australia/NZ (source: http://australiancar.reviews/reviews.php#!content=review&make=Toyota&model=Corolla&gen=891 ) The test car was an E100.II, and airbags aren't listed as a difference between the models.
Whether or not it had airbags, it's really not good for the occupants if the safety cell is compromised, as in this crash.
A few things to mention: If the other car would have been as strong, the newer car would have sustained much more damage. The old one basically acted as an airbag for the newer one.
Also they removed the airbag. A 1998 Corolla had front airbags. Maybe even side airbags, but I am not sure.
Crash Test: 1998 vs 2015 Toyota Corolla
You can clearly see that its a steering wheel made for an airbag (the cover flies off, but theres no airbag inside). Normally cars with option without airbag had different steering wheels that wouldnt fit an airbag.
And steering wheel cover flying off from just the impact force, most likely means they tampered with it and when you remove an airbag, its because you cant properly retighten the cover to the steering wheel.
Yes I have experience with Toyota airbags/steering wheels. Actually I am modifying 2 steering wheels right now.
It's possible that the '98 Corolla sold in Australia did not have airbags as a default option, whereas the '98 Corolla sold in North America did include them in all models.

Were airbags still an option in 1998? I had airbags in my 93 supra.
