No sir, that’s the rectal filter you look through.

Every word I posted was easily verifiable and verified fact, you can’t dispute a word of it with facts so you don’t even try.
If it was bullshit, it would be easy for you to prove it’s bullshit and rub my nose in it, something I know you long to do.
But you aren’t.
That alone is proof enough that even you know it’s not bullshit.

Edit: It’s also not bullshit that NY has Don by the short and curlies and 1) put a blanket lien on all “his properties” (properties he has partial ownership of) so he can’t make secret sales or deals with them as collateral and 2) enhanced the roll of the monitor to monitor all daily transactions across the organization (and hire help if needed) to safeguard against Don trying to shuffle assets out of state like he’s already been caught attempting repeatedly after the judgement…and to ensure we know who ends up putting up $500000000 for him and who he’s that indebted to, and what portions of properties he’s using as collateral for what “loans” and at what valuations. All this monitoring with the expert teams required could easily end up costing $30k an hour for 3 years (or more if he violates the order or law)…all at the Trump org’s expense.
This on top of the $250000 a day in legal expenses for his civil and criminal cases that his donor supplied super PAC is footing the bill for now.
Melania got screwed…she slept with that shit smelling clown and won’t even get paid, he’s probably completely broke or worse, deep DEEP in debt. Somehow I don’t really care, do you?

Bonus- Manly Traitor Greene is moving to toss the speaker again. Really a good look at the start of election season to remind everyone that MAGA can’t even negotiate with itself and absolutely under no circumstances can they govern. Repeatedly taking the country to the line on shutdowns has injured our national credit rating, costing the country billions it could have funded all the programs MAGA said we can’t afford with, including securing the border. 😂
Americans understand this clearly. Only cultists can twist reality enough to ignore their obstructionist party’s complete failure to legislate or do ANYTHING PRODUCTIVE at all.

PRESIDENT EPSTEIN HAS ADMITTED TO THE COURTS HE DOESN’T HAVE THE MONEY TO PAY THE JUDGMENTS AND MUST SELL PROPERTIES FIRST. HE HAS SAID HE CAN ONLY PAY $100 MILLION.

This means 1) no appeals 2) SURPRISE! Trump lied about his assets and 3) the enforcement of the judgements can be enforced now because he just conceded he cannot pay the judgement or put up a bond, so seizure can begin now unless he gets an emergency stay….which was just DENIED…as was his offer to put up just $100 million.

I encourage his creditors to do whatever the hell they want with his money and since he won’t pay the state the state won’t come to help. 😂

He is barred from getting a loan against any NY holdings.
Hide and wait, wanna bet his stake in his properties isn’t as great as he’s claimed, maybe some with no ownership percentage at all just his name on the door (Trump Tower for instance, which is actually owned by GE and the condo owners and except for the lobby bathrooms, kitchen, and parking lot is just managed by the Trump org.).

So much for being a billionaire or great negotiator. He negotiated a $5 million debt into an $88 million and growing debt…good job! Now he owes near $540 million in judgements + nearly $140000 a DAY in interest between just the NY verdicts, money he doesn’t have. He’s the best ever at being the worst ever. 😂

As a bonus- total failure McConnel is quitting. Another red seat up for grabs with Republicans being historically unpopular after voting to keep open borders and broken immigration systems and once again perching on the brink of closing the government because they cannot govern.
Edit- my mistake, he’s only retiring as the head of the senate, not as a senator.

President Biden Delivers Remarks

newtboy says...

Yes, that kind of clearance, Mr Know Nothing. He had clearance to have every document in his personal possession when he received them, unlike Trump who illegally and secretly stole them from secured facilities. His mistake was trusting his staff to properly forward them to the archives when they packed his senate, and later VP offices.

No, ex senators and ex presidents both don’t have clearance to KEEP classified documents, correct. Trump did not ever have clearance to remove nuclear secrets and other highly classified material from a SCIF, not as president and not after, and it endangers the nation that he did so. It requires written declassification by the DOE, the president cannot declassify nuclear secrets under any circumstances.

The DOJ report indicated Biden did not know his staff had stored a few (6) unlabeled low level classified documents at his secure locked think tank office and personal handwritten notes at his guarded and locked home library (namely a few daily briefs on Afghanistan and some handwritten notes he had made, nothing at all designated top secret), indicated he himself (or attorneys at his instruction) looked for them and immediately reported finding them to the FBI, and allowed them to search that and other properties without requiring a warrant.
The DOJ report also indicated Trump DID know he was illegally taking and retaining highest sensitivity most stringently classified top secret documents by the truckload, not just a small part of one box, refused to return them when asked by the archives, lied about having any, required a warrant for a search, actively hid them when searched, lied again about having MORE, lied about showing them to multiple other parties including foreign agents but was caught red handed on tape, claimed personal ownership (of nuclear secrets), kept them unsecured in public areas, tried to destroy video evidence, claimed they were planted, obstructed Justice multiple times…
…must I go on for you to see the difference, or comprehend why one faces no charge and the other treason?
I’m certain the answer is yes, you haven’t heard enough to admit the situations are completely different despite the fact that one is staff improperly packing up his office when he left it, the other one individual intentionally stealing hundreds of state secrets for personal gain at the nation’s expense…you can never hear enough evidence to admit that.

Is Maddow still on? Sorry Charlie, like I’ve told you a hundred times but you can never recall, I’ve never watched CNN beyond short YouTube clips, not before they went right wing certainly not since. In fact, I think it’s likely that you watch more CNN than I do, you sure like to post and quote them now. If she’s still on and is saying the same things I’m not surprised, she was a smart wonky cookie last I saw.
It’s hilarious when you don’t know my sources, because when you can’t try to impugn the source over nonsense you have no argument at all, just rambling nonsensical insanity spewed from your mouth like explosive diarrhea.

Me thinks you have too little brain in the brain.

😂 Talk about projection! What a confession. 😂

Everything Trump said in that idiotic speech was a lie about Biden and an admission of what he himself did.
I won’t insult your minimal intelligence by pretending you actually believe the delusional ramblings you just posted, they would make a good case for insanity if he believed it, but we all know he doesn’t.
Every word of that insanity was a total fabrication of a delusional mind.

The presidential records act absolutely doesn’t give him the right to take top secret classified documents home when he leaves office, or retain them, or lie under oath about having them, or defy warrants for them, or show them to otherS, NONE OF THAT IS LEGAL UNDER THE PRESIDENTIAL RECORDS ACT.
Trump obstructed Justice at every possible turn, destroying evidence hiding documents, he still has an unsearched secret room in his bedroom not disclosed when the FBI searched, so likely has MORE stolen documents still. Biden cooperated more than fully with the investigation, which even the political hack Trump appointed special prosecutor admitted.
…and Biden had a grand total of 20 documents or notes designated “classified”, none top secret…Trump had over 325 well marked classified FILES containing multiple classified documents each including I think a dozen or more of the highest most secret files the government has, files never supposed to leave a SCIF and not declassifiable by the president under any circumstances.
Not one word he said was true, and you know it, fool.
That speech if not intentional lies is proof Trumpist Alzheimer’s has progressed to the point of total delusion.

PS- Still waiting.

What I wrote is 100% true and factually correct, every word. No 1/2 truths or fake reports at all. Prove your contention with evidence and citation, be specific. That makes you run for the hills in silence every time because all you spout is nonsense and fabrication…impossible to provide evidence for a lie, and embarrassing to admit who you believed.

Trump himself said his favorite thing he and his daughter SHARE was sex, and publicly waxed about how great it would be to have sex with her, great ass, great boobs.
Trump himself willingly said on air that he bought a teen beauty pageant intending to use his ownership to go into 14 year old girl’s dressing rooms to leer at them nude and then did so…said it more than once, and said on air that he was obligated to sleep with every contestant. Again, age 14.
Trump and Epstein were self proclaimed “partners in crime” the entire 90’s and most of the 2000’s continuing that relationship for years after Epstein was arrested for child rape. Trump went to child rape island 7 times in 4 years on the flight record (despite having his own plane), I don’t believe there are records of those you accuse…provide them and I’ll admit I’m mistaken.

As for your newest fake Biden story, Statements from a diary published on a dubious website — which themselves have been taken out of context — allegedly came from a misplaced diary written by Ashley Biden and later sold to the repeatedly caught lying and creating false evidence and totally discredited right-wing sting operation Project Veritas, whose hyperbolic and lying founder even said their authenticity couldn't be confirmed.

Sounds like another “Hunter’s laptop”….a bunch of unverifiable unbelievable untrue nonsense coming from people with a massive axe to grind and with absolutely zero indication it’s not a pure fraud but plenty to indicate it is.

Nice try, sucker. They got you again with another fake Biden story with more faked evidence that even the people reporting it to you say is unverified and may be fake. You buy every one like the massive ignorant sucker you are. You will now pretend you never mentioned it because you are such a baby you can never admit being w-w-w-wrong….not ever. It’s a sign of insecurity and an incredibly fragile ego that you think so little of yourself that you believe ever admitting making a mistake might be the last straw for everyone….the opposite is true. The ability to admit a mistake is a sign of strength.

Remember how Trump isn’t mentioned in the Epstein document release…except for all those times he was. Your attempts to impugn Clinton are hilarious…do you think he’s running for office? It’s hilarious you love to try to go after these non politicians with this idiotic nonsense thinking just maybe this time someone will not look into your just plain dumb lies and you might get away with one, finally, and not notice the target is just a private citizen who is not running for office.….but it ain’t gonna happen, sucker. It makes my day to debunk your stupidity, and it’s always so easy it’s fun. You buy the most easily debunked stupidity like it was made just for you…because it is, no one else is gullible enough to keep getting duped by the same liars. 😂

More hard truths…Tacapino just quit all Trump’s cases…he was the last functioning lawyer, the only one with criminal case law experience, now Trump is left with idiotic legal bimbos more interested in their hair than their legal arguments right when he is more legally exposed than he’s ever been. I hope the blowjobs are worth losing all those cases. 😂

Judge Locks Up Parkland Shooter for Life, Throws Away Key

newtboy says...

Oh no!!!

If you haven’t noticed, I’m not Bob. I decide my positions on my own, and while I’m socially liberal, that doesn’t mean I agree with the “liberal” positions at all times. I’m not insulted at my position being called “conservative”….I’m not tribalistic that way.

EG-I’m pro gun….but very pro regulation.

I’m actually a fiscal conservative, but unlike the right I know that doesn’t really mean the government should only pay for the military and nothing more. I agree with any spending that saves billions or trillions overall, even when it means some people get a free ride.
I think police are a good idea, although I believe they need serious reforms because they have lost their mission completely.
I think public roads are a good thing, as are public water and power systems.
I think national health care is a no brainer that works well in almost every country and saves trillions per year.
I think a safety net is a good idea...give people something to lose so they don’t turn to crime because they have nothing to lose.

Edit: I’ve said most of my adult life that I would be a Republican if only they would. Today’s Con has no resemblance to the Republican party I thought I grew up with (my entire family was hard core R).
Fiscal sanity, gone. Caring about the environment, gone. Supporting facts and science, gone. Supporting small government, gone (except with lip service). Strong and enforced gun regulations to protect gun ownership rights, gone. Strict supporters of law and order, not anymore. Government out of private life, so incredibly gone. Separation of church and state, gone. Fans of democracy, gone. Honesty, not even a memory.
I’m only a “blue liberal” by default. I might be libertarian if they weren’t crazed anti government extremists and almost MAGA.
Dems are the only ones left that really believe in democratic government.

I agree that 40 years+ without parole is cruel, but certainly not unusual or excessive. I never understand why excessively long prison sentences are considered less than the death penalty…I’m claustrophobic, to me it would be 40+ years of panic. I would give myself the death penalty fairly quickly because I’m not brave enough to face that. Swallow my tongue or bite it off, either works just fine and can’t be stopped. I’m really shocked that’s not the norm, but I’ve (clearly) never had to face it.

Careful @newtboy, you're sounding a bit like a conservative on this one from the Canadian POV.

A terrorist that shot 12 people in a mosque, killing 6 was sentenced under new Conservative law that allowed sentences like murder to be applied consecutively. More details in the link below, but our liberal dominated Supreme Court ruled the 40 years without a parole chance was "cruel and unusual".

So our gov. will be giving them a chance at parole in 2039.

Exactly…if the militias were to be “well regulated”, it’s insanity to believe individuals aren’t.
Since there are no “well regulated militias”, the second amendment is meaningless, outdated, and moot. It needs rewriting with universal regulations enshrined in the body, codified in the constitution, to shut the ignorami up once and for all.
I also note, no where does it say citizens can OWN arms…only keep and bear them. My interpretation is that only well regulated militias may own arms, which they may lend to their members to keep and bear…under strict regulations. The founding fathers knew well the difference between ownership and possession and wrote it that way on purpose.

“Yeat!” Ok, I’m listening. Tell me anything.

I ask you, can you explain why cons want mad men like him to have unfettered access to firearms?

It’s now being reported he was previously detained by police for threatening to murder his entire family and had 60 knives, swords, and daggers removed from his possession, but not his ability to purchase guns.

Cons are uncompromising about opposing red flag laws, which would have prevented this mad man from getting the weapons to commit mass murder…and about closing loopholes that let anyone buy firearms without background checks or registration…allowing those legally barred from ownership to gain possession of any weapons they like.

Can you explain why these remedies to secretly arming nut jobs are off the table for cons? Not being a panacea for all gun crimes is a red herring dodge, not an answer.

Republicans are perpetrators of near 100% of election fraud….and claim to be the only ones who care about it….what improvements to election systems or increased punishments for those committing vote fraud have they made to curb this anti democracy anti America issue with their party?

*crickets*

A: none, they’ve blocked any legislation proposed to secure elections and made them less secure by installing crazed partisan criminals as clerks who tamper with and steal voting machines making them invalid for use, costing millions and compromising what little election security existed.

Edit: The Republicans ACTUALLY control all three branches in multiple states, but haven’t done a thing to secure the election system (vote ID doesn’t address any of the fraud actually found, eliminating vote by mail might, but for the few (all Republican) fraudulent vote attempts it might stop it disenfranchises exponentially more legal voters…literally millions of legal voters.). No Republican state legislature has put a paper trail in place for electronic voting, nor have they increased the punishment for vote fraud. Why is that Bob?

*crickets*

Democrats have taken steps to curb mass shootings…limiting clip size, ammo purchasing, private gun sales, testing requirements to concealed carry, barring violent felons and violent mentally ill people and (temporarily) people with active restraining orders against them from gun ownership, etc on state levels, the only place Republicans can’t just block any attempted legislation without even reading it first.

Hayes: NRA "Good Guy With A Gun" Theory Failed In Real Time

newtboy says...

Source?

I know these are bullshit statistics Bob, because there have been 212 already this year with over 250 deaths in 5 months. Nice try, another easily debunked lie.

Edit: There we’re another 9 killed (and 63 more injured) in 14 mass shootings just this weekend, including 6 kids under 15 in just one.

the federal Bureau of Justice Statistics’ National Crime Victimization Survey puts the number of citizens who prevent crimes by using guns much lower than 2.5 million the NRA often claims -- about 67,740 times a year….and in the vast majority of those they never shoot those guns.
Edit: The CDC report you cited said maybe 108,000 times per year guns were used in defense, not 750000- 1.5 million….but noted the statistics they used were incomplete and unreliable….and also noted that accidents and suicides alone vastly outweigh any positive statistic.

the Violence Policy Center statistics showed that in 2012, there were 259 justifiable self-defense homicides in which victims turned the tables, not 2 million.
They also show the theft of about 232,000 guns each year -- about 172,000 of them during burglaries. That’s a ratio of one justifiable homicide for every 896 guns put into the hands of criminals. Is that what you call “successful policy”?

By the end of 2019, there were 417 mass shootings in the U.S., according to data from the nonprofit Gun Violence Archive (GVA), which tracks every mass shooting in the country. Thirty-one of those shootings were mass murders. What is your definition of “mass shooting” because it’s clearly not any time 3 or more are shot by one person.

Abortions account for 0% of deaths each year….but it was targeted with outrageously regressive misogynistic laws that make women incubators without any rights including no rights to contraception. A bit more draconian than having to get a background check to buy guns, don’t you think?

On average, more than 360 people in the USA are shot every day and survive – at least long enough to get to a hospital.
In 2017, some 39,773 died from gunshot injuries, an average of nearly 109 people each day. Per capita, this is significantly higher than in other industrialized countries. The rates of gun homicide are much higher in states with higher gun ownership. More guns equate to higher crime and murder rates, not lower. That is consistent over time.

No, bob….that’s according to the NRA, not the CDC….unless you count any crime stopped or caught by police because they all have guns, but that’s not what you claimed.

900 mass shooting fatalities in what timeframe bob?

Where do you get these insane statistics bob? Your behind?

Bob, no country slaughters more of its citizens than the US thanks to guns.

It’s almost 3 times as likely someone in your home will be shot if you have a gun.

In 2020, 54% of gun homicides are suicides. (Pew)

Again, cite your sources. I know you can’t because it would be too embarrassing for you to admit they came from THE NRA, Glen Beck, or some other nut job liar….or straight from your own ass.

Hayes: NRA "Good Guy With A Gun" Theory Failed In Real Time

cloudballoon says...

Imagine the scenario where a bad guy pulls out a gun, the first "good guy" pulls out a gun, then a second "good guy" pulls out his gun... wanna bet the probability who the 2nd guy points his or her gun to? And the subsequent 3rd-nth good guys' guns going to point theirs to?

Oh, then unevitably the "no duty to protect" police forces come and shoot ALL the guys with guns.

Total chaos, and good luck untangling the legal lawsuits that will inevitably come after. America! F**k YEAH!!

"Good Guy With A Gun" Theory. These NRA honchos reaaaaaaaaaaaaaaally don't want their subservient cohorts think one more step ahead of any argument. The sad truth is there's enough of mindless American too lazy (or even capable?) to think ahead just as they wished due to America's educational system and pathetic "freedom at all costs" patirotism & American 2nd Ammendment Exceptionalism crap.

There are many democratic countries that said no to widespread gun ownerships (Australia, NZ, Japan) and are far better for it. I guess (read: I don't watch C-SPAN) that sense of American Pride infects even the Democrats to be gutsy enough to compare the US to other countries during legislative gun-control debates?

That assault-style (like the ARs) gun ownership rights is pretty FUBAR from the get go. If that's a right, why not grenades? Tanks, fighter jets, subs and heck, nuclear missiles? As long as I'm a "no criminal record" American citizen, isn't it my God-given right -- and my freedom! -- to own any weapons as long as I can afford it? Unhindered Capitalism at its finest we're talking here! The most American of values!

LMFAHS!!!
So delusional and backwards, Bobby. The sky, sea, and land are all orange through your eyes, aren’t they?
4500% increase in voter registration refusals, but no increase in fraudulent applications found. All Republican driven. A vote wrongly denied is the same as a vote wrongly cast, and Republicans are undeniably guilty of both but can’t point to any verifiable examples from the left of in proper vote denial or intentional voter fraud, only cases they make up (like the poster boy for vote fraud claims that finally admitted he voted as his wife for Trump).

It’s all Republican fuckery. Name the Democratic fuckery you mean, be specific with verifiable examples. I know you can’t, snowflake.
Every instance found, all Republican vote fraud. There were many, but not at levels that mattered (for the direct vote fraud, other Republican frauds like the violent coup attempt and fraudulent Republican electors, those mattered).

Every hurdle to vote, Republican written, all directly targeting minorities….it’s only Republicans creating racist targeted roadblocks for certain voters they wouldn’t accept as roadblocks to their own firearm ownership, because it’s not about safeguarding rights it’s only about underhanded power grabs by the political minority in this country, the party who only won one presidential election in the last 8 by getting more votes….they’re Republicans. Democracy isn’t a friend of Republicans.
They’re the party that’s openly anti democratic. They’re the party that admits that if every eligible voter voted they would NEVER win another election. You vote Republican because you’re an infantile sucker that likes to trigger the libtards (no matter the cost to America) and who can’t ever admit he’s w-w-w-w-wrong.

Viral How Much Did Your Divorce Cost

newtboy says...

Try it. If she takes the kid and bolts, it's legal. Even if you manage to get a court order before she leaves state, chances are you won't get equal custody unless she's a documented certifiable nutjob. I say this because you live in a fault state which are invariably the same states backwards enough to automatically give women custody and force fathers to prove the mother is unstable and dangerous, and even then you'll share with her as primary without documented abuse.

So you've been together 20 years and share nothing. What a way to live.

Shared assets when not married aren't divided by the courts. If you want their help, gotta be married or sign an ownership contract with every purchase.

I can find no instance where I said my brother "won". He got custody, that's different from "winning". Be real. If you're going to quote me, please don't make up the quotes. Spending over $100000 on a two week marriage isn't winning by my definition.

That link is off topic. Find a study of similar jobs with similar hours worked and compare salaries, not a study that says average women work X ammount less so overall earning should be X amount less but instead it's X-1 less, so women are overpaid. That's not what their study showed, they're extrapolating there, and ignoring that the lower hours are usually not their choice, but their superiors orders to avoid paying overtime and full benefits to women. Also, they said Married men managers without kids also earn more for each hour at work: they earn $38.40 per hour while married women without kids earn only $28.70. That means that for each hour spent at their jobs, male married managers without kids earn about 34% more than women. 34% more for each hour. Did you read it? Mic drop.

See, more insulting dismissiveness...those women couldn't possibly be more competent or harder workers, they must be succeeding because of preferential treatment. In case you missed it, that's incredibly misogynistic.

What?! Prove it.....with data not an anecdote.

So....You wouldn't marry a crazy person only because of what divorce would cost. Yeah....right.

" I wouldn't even consider marrying anyone that has any adverse indicators" sounds like personal issues to me, they aren't good enough to marry....because of divorce....Again ignoring the prenup that dictates divorce splits.

Lol. Such utter bullshit. Maybe if they have an impairment and no lawyer, and can prove it in court, not because they say so.

Ashley Maddison.

Wedding rings are aphrodisiacs. It's why I don't wear one, hit on repeatedly wearing it, never once without it. My experience differs from your assumptions and statistics, same with my friends. I'm 5'9", so not tall cute and photogenic....but two out of three ain't bad.

Bob said it, you agreed with him and more.

An uncodified partnership is one of convenience or even imaginary. Nothing to stop either of you walking tomorrow if you meet your new soul mate. That's not a stable partnership. The Worst Gun Control Bill I've Ever Seen

newtboy says...

TL,DW, but I read the bill....it’s short.
Fear not. This bill has zero chances of passing. It is, as described, the worst gun control bill in living memory.

Keep in mind, even with the house, senate, and presidency Democrats couldn’t even close gun show and private sale registration loopholes. What chance does an open to the public registry of all gun owners, their addresses, lists of their guns, and plain descriptions of where and how they are stored paired with an $800 a year per gun license (not concealed carry permits, just ownership) and mandatory penalties for not having a valid license at $75000-$150000 and 15-20 years in prison per infraction have. None. It’s laughably overreaching and unpopular....likely unconstitutional too.
Watch this wither on the vine. It isn’t serious, it’s someone trying to score political points....oddly enough sponsored by a Texan representative.

Passing this bill, that wouldn’t be enacted for at least a year after passing assuming no one challenged it, would absolutely guarantee Democrats lose the house and senate in 22, and the presidency in 24, and see it reversed before it was implemented. I don’t think they’re that stupid. (That’s not a challenge, congress)
