Man "forgotten" in DEA custody for 5 days

"he spent in a 5 ft. by 10 ft. cell, where he could not spread his arms out wide."
How long are this dude's arms?!?!
He was handcuffed. Odd wording but it's the only explanation.
All they seized were some soft drugs - shrooms, weed, ecstacy, some other crap and "some weapons" ie. various things that you'd find in a normal house that can be used to fluff out the report and make sure such drugs are associated with violence!
Someone remind me again what's so terrible about taking those things in the privacy of your own property?
Here's a more recent CNN story.
Yes, he was handcuffed in the cell. The house that was raided seemed to be an MDMA distribution center, and the DEA claims they seized 18,000 pills, as well as several guns and cases of ammo. But it also wasn't the kids house; it seems he was just there with friends to get high. Which is why he wasn't charged and supposed to be released.

Of course, you could always just build a tiny house yourself for whatever you think it should cost.
i call mine a shed and it costs less than 1500 dollars. the trouble with "green" technology is its retarded expensive
im sure if you had that same house, but had a regular ass toilet, a regular ass stove, a regular ass fridge, a regular ass heat/ac unit, and regular ass lights, windows, doors and everything else, itd probably run ya 5000-8000 dollars. you'd be an asshole for having a house with no green technology (god forbid!!) but youd be an asshole with a house that costs less than a dirtbike
......having said that, this house is still rad tho
The Japan tsunami filmed when it was 5km out at sea
It's my understanding videos are not dupes if they show sigificant, different information. This is practically an edited version of the other video. The cameras are not even 10 ft apart. In both, as the ship crests, you can hear the same guy saying (in japanese) "Whoooooooaaaaa!"
That being said, I say let this suck up the votes it can before isduping.

Wow they touched the top, now flip over the top and descend elegantly without falling 15ft in the dark onto your head.
That's actually the easy part. Climbing up requires upper body strength. Sliding down requires not letting go of a pole as gravity does its work.
The whole fence plan was a joke, I can't believe they actually went through with it. If you are going to build a fence, at least put razor wire at the top.
Two 10 ft tall chain link fences 10 feet apart with concertina wire filling in between probably would be a fraction of the cost, and be 3000x more effective.

Hmm, reading the page on the original, it was indeed a board. The camera was on a 10-ft pole.

Giant python chows down on a deer
My first roommate had two Burmese pythons, Sly and Ekans. Ekans was about 2 1/2 feet when I first moved in and Sly was 10 ft. Last time I saw them, Sly had grown to 22 feet, while Ekans was still a modest 9 1/2.
Charles Manson's Epic Answer
Yeah, he's the type of person that the guys in the shower and laundry room wouldn't touch with a 10-ft pole.
Building Falls on Crane
needs more training, or possibly a 10 ft taller building
Wii remote plus SWEATY HANDS equals SMASH
hahaha, notice that the Wii remote was FINE!! not a scratch on it. and yes its true you dont need to get that into the games to play them, but there is something to be said when a low quality, pack in, DEMO disk can be fun enough to get people that into the game. Score: Nintendo -- 1, Walls/TVs/Loved ones in a 10 Ft. radius -- 0.
