Soviet dessert from just a sugar. It was very popular way to make lollipops in a Soviet times. But you can add few drops of water to make sugar boil faster. And after boiling you can put a spoon in to the glass of cold water to immediately make a reaction and freeze the liquid. But do it after the bubbles from boiling will calm down. Or you can just wait how I did. Anyway don't overburn it because it's bad for your health. I made it maybe twice in my life so I lack the technic. Be careful!
