the scene-underground florida raves of the 90's

this is a sneak peek at a new documentary on the florida underground rave scene.

this was a scene i was highly active in and participated as much as i could.the florida underground scene in the 90's was transitional,going from industrial to a much more expansive and inclusive sound and it reflected in the music.

the people that were in this community were family,brought together by a love of the music that NEVER made it to the radio and the dancing.

the florida rave scene is still going but it has evolved and is more contemporary in comparison to the 90's and to those young people who attend this large venues..you missed out.

i am too old to really participate in the ways that meant anything to me,basically dancing..for 6 hrs straight.my heart would explode now.
