"Just to confirm. This octopus is dead at the start of the video.
The freshly decapitated octopus is part of a Japan dish called Ika Odori Don.
The chill ass dance moves are an added bonus, resulting from the high level of salt in the soy sauce. This interacts with the ions from the octopus' tentacles, thus creating voltage differences and generating movement."
