You call that a BBQ? THIS is a BBQ...

OK, slightly nuts. For unclear reasons, this group of folks at Chefsteps.com decided to throw a dinner for a bunch of their friends and build a BBQ out of about 32 55 gallon drums.

Insanely, it has to lit in a fire suit with a propane torch.

Lots of science here; radiant heat/cooking, evaporative cooling, convection, etc...
