John McCain knows Maliki's plans better than Maliki

Maliki has recently been quoted as saying he generally agrees with Obama's 16 month timeline, and a spokesman for Maliki has clearly stated that Iraq wants all U.S. troops out of Iraq sometime in 2010.

This clip shows Wolf Blitzer asking McCain for his response to these statements.

McCain's claim begins shortly after the 1 minute mark.
