Waterfall and strong winds - going up?

Frank Nilsen lives in Myklebostad in Tjelsund county i Norway, and pulled out his GoPro when strong winds got hold of the waterfall "Mønskakallen".

I guess the waterfall didn't quite grasp the "falling" part of the job description.
