Viacom a copyright bully?

Viacom takes a copyrighted video you made for non-profit use, without trying to acquire your permission, used it in a for-profit broadcast. Then when you make a YouTube clip of what they did with your material they charged you with copyright infringement and had YouTube pull the clip. Sound fair to you? It didn't to Nalts who posted the following clip about it.
