Pitchman for Ralph Williams’ Bay Shore Chrysler Plymouth delivers a pitch that's a bit too candid to move merchandise. I think this was probably a gag reel for the advertiser or something - it's subtle, but I thought I heard a woman laughing off-camera in some of the last few seconds of this vid. NSFW for language - which is another reason I doubt this actually aired.
