North Korea has their airborne Traffic Girls, we have Officer Johnson. You decide who's better.

From YT:Officer Floyd Johnson, a University of Pennsylvania police officer, spends many weekday mornings directing traffic at the intersection of 36th & Walnut. Not only does he greet pedestrians with a "Mornin'!" or "Hello Darlin'!", but he animates every turn of the traffic light with his moves and whistle. Watching him work is a definite way to brighten your day!
