I spent a considerable amount of time in my younger years being very interested in this; the deeper you dig, the more you discover the fabrications, the lack of evidence/credibility, and most of all, the dominance of imagination over rational thought and deductive logic.

He spins a great story; but dollars to donuts he's punching up the truth to sell it to the believers.

Just because he's never seen something like a case before doesn't automatically equal ALIENS! What kind of rational person says "Well, I've never seen anything like that before in my 30 years of work. It must be aliens."

From what I've found online about this case (Sgt Lovette mutilation) in just the last few minutes, this is all based on what some son of a Senator remembers reading from a Blue Book report years before. I haven't found a real story regarding this incident outside of UFO conspiracy websites, which just repeat the same story and cite each other as references. And the "facts" from that report doesn't exactly match what this guy is saying anyway.
