Twitter in the Classroom Gives Shy Students a Voice

Not all educators are on-board with these ideas though. According to the article (http://www.good.is/post/twitter-in-the-classroom-watch-this-teacher-engage-shy-students-in-learning-history/), half of ~2,000 teachers surveyed believe that using twitter/facebook in the classroom will be harmful to the learning experience.
