Truth Hurts featuring Rakim: "Addictive"

This is a great erotic tune. The hiphop tag is used because it features legendary rap artist Rakim. I need a little help with this video too. I say the music has an Arabic feel, while a friend of mine says it sounds Indian. Could a knowledgeable sifter please come forward and let me know who's right? Forgive my cultural ignorance, but I'd really like to learn more. In any event it definitely has an Asian feel to it, hence the Asia tag as well.
