As you may have heard, more than half of South Carolina experienced flooding recently, with some areas receiving as much as 25 inches. This semi somehow managed to plow through high water on Highway 15, and luckily the bridge he was headed toward had not — like many other bridges in the area — been destroyed by the heavy rains.
