I thought of that too, but then I figured that if somebody rolled out in a wheelchair (or with a cane or whatever) the dude could just go over and confess to them that it is a prank with water soluble paint and/or wash it off for them -- he's there filming reaction shots anyway.

Heck, they would probably appreciate the prank even more since they are the ones getting screwed out of their parking places by the other lazy c*nts.

I wonder how many people they painted who were validly parked, but just didn't have the permit showing...

They could have observed the people parking. Then they'd know they aren't handicapped and also that they won't be back any time soon. Some of those people looked... big, I wouldn't wanna risk getting caught in the act

Should say something about the attitudes of said big people.

I can think of a few reasons. First one is they just don't see it because they're in a hurry, chatting on their cell phone, or preoccupied. Doesn't matter how clearly it's marked, sometimes it's just people with really strong blinders on. Second is because they don't give a fuck about the rules or about others. Third is they're just going to be a second and there's other ones available so it's just a little sin, kind of like speeding, and everyone else does it, right?. (And confirming for the record that I dislike people that think this way. It's an analysis, not a defense. This is indefensible)

Key point of this video is that the owners of the cars don't know that the spraypaint is water-soluble. If I had mistakenly and unintentionally parked in a handicapped spot and I saw someone spraypainting my car, I'd be furious too. Call the cops, take my license and report me, but don't make me pay for a new paint job.

P.S. Loved the woman telling her guy off "I told you not to park here! I told you not to park here!" Guess he was not one of the 'unintentional' list.

Why would anyone park on a handicapped spot, if there are many free normal parking spots all around it, even closer to the shops?
I call bullshit.

What I don't get, is the totally able bodied people who believe that having a disabled parking tag means they have a right to park in these spots, when they clearly have no need.

Whether you get the tag from an elderly parent or truely disabled family member...doesn't matter. If you park in handicapped parking and are not handicapped...and no one in your car before or after you park is disabled....you deserve to have your smug face pounded straight out of your asshole.

Actually, Parking in a handicap spot, without the tag showing clearly in the windshield, is also illegal and up for a fine. Just having it doesn't mean you can park there. so "No Tag" means "Parked Illegally."

Just having the Tag also does NOT give you permission to use the Tag, if you are Able Bodied, you can be checked. The tag is registered to one specific person, and if that person is not in the car with you, then you still get the fine.

My mom has one that she only uses when she has issues with her Sciatic nerve, and her signature is on the back of the Tag. If your ID doesn't match the signature, you not only get fined for the parking in the spot, but a second fine for using a tag illegally.

For those of you stating no tag = illegally parked, then ya, they are TECHNICALLY parked illegally. That's a legal argument, I would say forgetting to display your tag isn't worth the shock of being vandalized (even if it isn't damaging, the psychological shock is still there).

Seems to happen pretty often, it does save them from walking a few feet.

However, I agree with the bullshit part. It seems like it would be safer and easier to do this if everyone were in on it. You'd get exactly the reactions you want, with no risk of assault or jail.
